NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
CITY OF HARRIS
CHISAGO COUNTY, MINNESOTA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; the Harris
City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday,
April 1st, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. at the Harris City
Hall, 43970 Ginger Avenue, Harris, MN.
The purpose of the special meeting include:
consider adopting a resolution accepting a donation of a 2004
Ford Ambulance from Lake Regions EMS; discuss and possibly take
action on repairs to the primer on the yellow tanker; discuss
and possibly take action on purchasing a trailer that is able to
transport either the Kubota Utility Vehicle or the J-5; and
discuss and possibly take action on the skid with the rusted
tank.

ASSESSMENT NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN; that the
Board of Appeal and Equalization of the City of Harris in
Chisago County, Minnesota, will meet at the Harris City Council
Chambers at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 7, 2008 for the purpose of
reviewing and correcting the assessment of said City for the
year 2008. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said
assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another
is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said
meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is
assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so
assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such
complaint.
